Our web-enabled software tools allow us to train and support sites wherever they are located through the following:

Personnel Training and Development
Includes general training to effective clinical research methods and Good Clinical Practices as well as disease-specific updates relevant to the sites research interests.

On-Site Trial Management System
Systems developed specifically to help improve site efficiency and research performance are available. These systems link into our data managements systems, if so desired, for a complete integration of research and data management.

Data Collection and Validation
Data collection can be performed on-site or centrally, as site resources and preferences allow. Data validation methods can be tailored to either option, allowing for streamlined validation of study data and accelerated database lock.

Standard Operating Procedures
Site-specific SOPs are implemented in collaboration with study sites, consistently across all  sites participating in a specific development program, thus optimizing the effectiveness of training and quality assurance programs.

Infrastructure
We provide full IS support to study sites from customized hardware to Internet-enabled software to meet study and site requirements.
